When Josh from West Coast Rugby Union reached out, the vision was clear.. build something that brings the entire rugby community together in one place. Not just a website.. a digital home for rugby on the Coast.

With six proud clubs:  Kiwi, South Westland, Marist, Wests, Blaketown and Grey Valley — this was about uniting everyone under one roof. A space for players, coaches, supporters and future stars to connect, stay informed and celebrate everything that makes Coast rugby what it is.

From the start, the goal was simple.. Create a that hub that feels like home.
One that celebrates the past, supports the present, and inspires the future of rugby across the region.

As a rugby girl myself, this one meant a lot. It was about more than design,  it was about creating a place that reflects the pride, grit and passion that runs deep through the Coast rugby whānau.

​

We also knew it needed to be the digital home for West Coast Representative Rugby.. a space that keeps the red and white pride alive, on and off the field.

What We Built

Over the last few months, we worked together to shape a site built with heart.. and built to last. The result?

 A digital hub that covers:

• Club info, draws, results and rep updates

• Easy access resources for players, coaches, referees and supporters

• Junior rugby info and player pathways

• Latest news, upcoming events and a nod to Coast rugby history

• A responsive design that works beautifully on mobile and desktop

• A space that feels like Coast rugby.. proud, gritty, real

This wasn’t just a website.. this was a place for everyone. Whether you're new to the region looking for your local club, a parent signing up for junior rugby, or a lifelong supporter following the latest updates — this is where Coast rugby lives online.
