Karlena Lewin is a mixed media artist based on the West Coast, creating from her vibrant home studio and sharing her work with a growing global audience of over 46.9K followers on TikTok.
Her artwork is colourful, expressive, full of personality, and sold to customers around the world, so her website needed to feel just as creative and considered as the work itself.
Karlena already had a Wix website and liked being able to manage it herself, but the site had started to feel outdated. It no longer reflected her style, her brand, or how much her creative business had grown.
The goal was to create a fresh, modern website with a mobile-first layout, a stronger user journey, and a clear path for customers to shop her artwork online.
With a brand this visual, the art needed to be the hero.

Because Karlena’s work is sold worldwide, the website also needed to feel easy to use from anywhere, whether someone was discovering her through TikTok, browsing from their phone, or coming back to purchase a piece they loved.
What We Built
We created a fresh Wix eCommerce website with a mobile-first structure, designed to make browsing and buying artwork feel simple, clear, and enjoyable.
Fresh photography played a huge role in bringing the website to life. It captured Karlena in her home studio, surrounded by colour, creativity, and the personality that sits behind the work.
We also rebuilt and restructured the online store with clearer product categories, making it easier for customers to explore collections, view available artwork, and purchase online.
Alongside the website build, we worked closely with Karlena in person to help her feel confident managing her online store herself, from uploading new artwork to keeping the site updated as new pieces become available.
The final result is a vibrant, easy-to-use eCommerce website that better reflects Karlena’s creative brand, supports online artwork sales, and gives her the confidence to keep growing her business online.
