Greg Daly Real Estate
The Project
When Greg Daly Real Estate came on board in October 2025, their Facebook presence was minimal... mainly new listing photos, inconsistent posting, and no one on camera.
They wanted to be known as the real estate agency West Coast locals trust to buy and sell with... with a stronger following, stronger local connection, and more enquiries and listings.
The Challenge
Real estate is built on connection and trust... and online, trust is built through familiarity. If people don’t recognise your team, don’t feel connected to your brand, and don’t see you show up consistently... they scroll on.
GDRE already had a strong local reputation... the goal was to make sure the brand felt just as credible and familiar online.

Client since: October 2025

The Strategy
Real estate is built on connection and trust... so the strategy focused on building familiarity, credibility, and visibility, while also running paid campaigns that drive action.
Key shifts we implemented:
-
A clear content plan beyond “just listings”... mixing community, trust building content, and consistent posting
-
Bringing the family run team to the front of the brand... showcasing Mitch, Zoe, Deedee and Greg more consistently
-
Reels and on camera content as a core pillar... because in 2026, video is not optional in real estate, it’s the standard. If you aren’t on camera, you will be left behind
-
Property content shoots to capture quality video assets... used for listing Reels, agent visibility, and stronger buyer connection
-
Meta campaigns optimised for action... tracking landing page views and refining creative based on what performs

This partnership has been about more than numbers... it’s about positioning.
GDRE is a trusted, family run team... and now the brand reflects that. By bringing the agents on camera and into Reels, we’ve built a more human and high trust presence that helps buyers and sellers feel connected to the people behind the listings.
What’s next
In 2026, we’ll keep building on this foundation... more on camera content, more listing Reels, more consistency, and scaling what performs best in paid.
Real estate marketing is moving fast... and the agencies who show up with video, personality, and a clear strategy will lead the market.
